Zac Brown Band’s Sold-Out Fenway Park Show Breaks Another Stadium Record

Only the third stop on their Down the Rabbit Hole Live tour, Zac Brown Band’s June 15 show at Fenway Park in Boston is already breaking records. The Grammy-award winning band’s first of two nights at the Boston Red Sox’s home field will mark their eighth consecutive sold-out performance at the stadium, a record for the venue.

In addition to setting a new record, Zac Brown Band already holds the record for most tickets sold by any act to ever perform at Fenway Park.

The 31-date summer tour will play two nights (June 15-16) at Fenway Park before making stops at some of America’s largest baseball stadiums.


“We are excited to be sharing our music with so many amazing fans this summer,” said Zac Brown in a release. “We’ve been lucky enough to play some of the most storied music venues in the country, but headlining so many iconic baseball parks this summer will be unforgettable. Nothing beats a Zac Brown Band live performance and this summer, we have some really special and unexpected moments planned.”

The Down the Rabbit Hole Live tour is in support of the band’s 2017 studio album Welcome Home and officially kicked off on June 8 at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska The North American tour will conclude on Sept. 30 at Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut, after hitting some of the nation’s largest venues including Atlanta’s SunTrust Park, Washington D.C.’s Nationals Park, two nights at New York’s Citi Field and Seattle’s Safeco Field.

The final large-scale shows of the tour will be at San Francisco’s AT&T Park on Sept. 20 and San Diego’s Petco Park on Sept. 22 where they will perform alongside the Eagles.

Throughout the tour, Zac Brown Band will welcome a number of special guests including Grammy-nominated pop-rock group OneRepublic as well as Nahko and Medicine for the People, the O’Connor Band With Mark O’Connor, Darrell Scott and Caroline Jones. Grammy-nominated Leon Bridges will join for one night at the Cincinnati, Ohio show at the Great American Ball Park on Aug. 4.
