Chart-topping English rock band You Me at Six has signed with ICM Partners for North American representation, where they’ll be represented by a team of agents lead by Mike Hayes on behalf of the group’s music interests.
“You Me at Six is an extremely talented group and highly sought-after band to sign,” Hayes said in a statement provided to Billboard. “This has been an extremely competitive pursuit between all the agencies and we’re very pleased that they’d decided to make ICM their North American home. We have a bright future planned for them.”
You Me at Six is comprised of vocalist Josh Franceschi, guitarists Max Helyer and Chris Miller, bassist Matt Barnes and drummer Dan Flint. The band formed in 2004 and has since earned four U.K. gold records, four top 10 albums in the U.K. including the No. 1 album Cavalier Youth and 15 consecutive A-List singles on BBC Radio One. They have sold tens of thousands of concert tickets in the last year and headlined both the NME/Radio 1 stage at Reading and Leeds in 2017 and the second stage at Download Festival this year.
You Me at Six’s newest singles ‘‘Fast Forward” and “3AM,” are off their upcoming sixth studio album VI, set for release Oct. 5. VI marks a new partnership between the band and AWAL on their new Underdog Records imprint.
The band is performing on U.K. and European festival dates this summer and will embark on a headline tour to support the release of VI.
