The 20-position Songs of the Summer running tally tracks the most popular titles based on cumulative performance on the weekly streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Billboard Hot 100 chart from Memorial Day through Labor Day (this year encompassing charts dated June 6 through Sept. 12). At the end of the season (after just two more chart weeks following this week), the top song of the summer will be revealed.
“Rockstar” has led the weekly Hot 100 for seven weeks, this week ranking at No. 3.
The next four titles on Songs of the Summer also remain in place: The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights” (No. 2); Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage,” featuring Beyoncé (No. 3); Jack Harlow’s “Whats Poppin,” featuring DaBaby, Tory Lanez and Lil Wayne (No. 4); and Saint Jhn’s “Roses” (No. 5).
One title enters the latest list: Chris Brown and Young Thug’s “Go Crazy,” at No. 20. The song places at No. 11 on the Hot 100 after reaching No. 9.
