The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research has announced plans to honor music executive Walter Kolm and Universal Music Publishing's Alexandra Lioutikoff at its 2020 event.

The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research has announced plans to honor music executive Walter Kolm and Universal Music’s Alexandra Lioutikoff at the 2020 Martell in Miami dinner.
In 2011, Kolm left his post as president of Universal Music Latino to move into artist management, founding Walter Kolm Entertainment. Today, WK Entertainment is the largest U.S.-headquartered management/artist services company dedicated to Latin acts, with a roster that includes contemporary stars such as Wisin, Maluma, CNCO, Silvestre Dangond, and Carlos Vives. Kolm was named Executive of the Year at the 2018 Billboard Latin Power Players honors.

Early this year, Lioutikoff was promoted to the post of president, Latin America and U.S. Latin for Universal Music Publishing Group, making Lioutikoff the first woman to hold that post and, currently, the only woman to hold the position of president for a multinational Latin music company.
Kolm and Lioutikoff join previous honorees Leila Cobo, Billboard’s vice president, Latin industry lead, who in 2019 received the Music Industry Trailblazer Award and Iñigo Zabala, president of Warner Music Latin America & Iberia, who was honored with the Estefan Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2018, Martell honored Jesus Lopez, chairman and CEO of Universal Music for Latin America & Iberian Peninsula.
The Martell in Miami Dinner will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Downtown Miami. For tickets and sponsorship opportunities visit here or call 646-841-1394.
