The TIDAL X benefit concert returns to New York City for the fourth year on Oct. 23. The event features a star-studded lineup of artists joining forces to raise awareness and resources directed towards criminal justice reform in America, with a special performance at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.
On Wednesday (Oct. 10), TIDAL announced that this year’s showcase would be headlined by Lil Wayne, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Anderson .Paak, and Meek Mill, who has continued to fight for the rights of criminals in his Pennsylvania community since being released on bail in April for a probation violation.
The stacked lineup also features abbreviated sets from Normani, Kodak Black, Teyana Taylor, Lil Skies, Black Thought, Vic Mensa, The Lox, BlocBoy JB, SiR, Snoh Aalegra, DaniLeigh, and many more. All proceeds from the night will be donated to criminal justice reform efforts and non-profit organizations across the United States. Fans can purchase tickets or donate to the cause on TIDAL.
Last year’s event was highly successful, raising millions in relief for devastated victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. For those that won’t be in attendance, TIDAL subscribers will be able to livestream the concert from the comfort of their homes.
