In its first week, ending May 9, the LP earned 20,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music, with almost the entire sum from traditional album sales. The 11-song set, with all-original material from the act, was released May 3.
“What an absolute honor to have our first album debut at No. 1,” Thrive Collective’s Corbin Phillips tells Billboard. “It’s a gift to have our team’s songs reach so many people beyond our own church communities.”
More marks the second No. 1 debut on Top Christian Albums of 2019, a week after Hillsong United’s People started with 107,000 units, 101,000 from traditional album sales. The Sydney, Australia-based ensemble’s eighth Top Christian Albums No. 1 marked the act’s largest sales week and first No. 1 on Billboard’s all-genre Top Album Sales chart.
Until this week, the last rookie album to bow at No. 1 on Top Christian Albums was the first solo set from Cory Asbury (of Bethel Music), as Reckless Love launched with 11,000 units on Feb. 10, 2018.

The Mike Weaver-fronted act adds its 17th Christian Airplay top 10 (a sum that includes four No. 1s). The band ranks third among groups for the most top 10s in the history of the chart, which began in 2003, after Casting Crowns and MercyMe, each with 25. Among all acts, Chris Tomlin leads with 27 top 10s.
