Post Malone tallies his 11th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100, leading the list dated Nov. 2 as the top musical act in the U.S. He remains at the summit as his LP Hollywood’s Bleeding returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a fourth week on top. Notably, it’s the first set released in 2019 to reign for at least four frames.
The album leads the Billboard 200 with 93,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music, while six songs from the set appear on the Billboard Hot 100, led by “Circles” at No. 4.
With his 11th week atop the Artist 100, Post Malone ties Justin Bieber for the sixth-most weeks spent at No. 1, dating to the chart’s 2014 launch. Above them: Taylor Swift (37 weeks), Drake (31), The Weeknd (15), Ariana Grande (13) and Ed Sheeran (12).
The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
Rounding out the Artist 100’s top five, Lizzo lifts 3-2, Billie Eilish rises 4-3, YoungBoy Never Broke Again dips 2-4 and DaBaby holds at No. 5.
Elsewhere on the Artist 100, Selena Gomez re-enters at No. 16, marking her highest placement on the chart since August 2017. She peaked at No. 2 in October 2015, concurrent with the chart start of her last LP, Revival. She debuts at No. 15 on the Hot 100 with new ballad “Lose You to Love Me,” which also launches at No. 1 on Digital Song Sales with 36,000 sold between its debut on Oct. 23 and the end of the tracking week on Oct. 24. Gomez’s fellow new song, “Look at Her Now,” released Oct. 24, enters the retail list at No. 12 with 10,000 sold that day.
