Vivendi’s See Tickets Expands in US With New Nashville Office

Global ticketer See Tickets is expanding its presence in the U.S. with a new office in Nashville.

Global ticketer See Tickets is expanding its presence in the U.S. with a new office in Nashville. The U.K.-based ticketer was established in Nottingham, England and has expanded globally with offices in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid and more. 

A subsidiary of French media company and Universal Music Group owner Vivendi since 2011, See Tickets opened its first U.S. office in Los Angeles in 2014. Since, it has partnered with music festivals, venues, night clubs and other attractions, selling more than 20 million tickets across North America and Europe to music, sporting and cultural events with thousands of clients across North America and Europe. Those include premier country and roots music festivals Countryfest, Americanafest, Gulf Coast Jam and many more.

“We remain opportunistic where and when we expand. The U.S. is doing great business and has found a rich seam in indie venues and festivals,” said See Tickets global CEO Rob Wilmhurst in a release.


Since See Tickets acquired Flavorus in 2016, it has tripled business in the U.S. Nashville will mark the company’s 15th office and a strategic location in a U.S. music epicenter.

See Tickets vp business strategy and partnerships for North America Chris Donohue will open the Nashville office and split his time assisting with growth and product development for the company’s operations across the continent.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Chris’ tremendous experience and insight to open our Nashville office. In Nashville, Chris will build on our existing relationships and provide the right care to our clients,” said CEO at See Tickets North America Boris Patronoff in a release.


Donohue’s career spans more than 20 years of event expertise, combining music, strategic partnerships, business development and emerging technology experience. Prior to joining See Tickets, Donohue served as vp operations at video monetization platform Vydia. Earlier positions include GM of record label The Militia Group and artist manager for multi-platinum recording artists Weezer, All-American Rejects and Luscious Jackson, among others.
