New York and Los Angeles based singer Ryn Weaver’s song “OctaHate”, which premiered on Soundcloud late yesterday afternoon, is heating up the Twitter Charts.

The track, which is the first single from her upcoming yet-to-be-named release, experienced quite a bit of love online with tweets from Passion Pit and Jessie Ware expressing their support just after its release.

But it wasn’t until this morning, June 25, when British Pop sensation Charli XCX added a tweet about the track that it gained enough traction to hit the Billboard Twitter Trending 140. Accelerating quickly on both the Emerging Artists and Trending 140 Chart, “OctaHate” has already reached a high of No. 13 on the Billboard Trending 140 chart as of 4pm EST, and shows no sign of slowing down. It then hit No. 1 on the Emerging Artists chart as of 5:30pm EST.
