Rostrum Records has signed singer/rapper 24hrs through an overall partnership deal with the artist’s Private Club Records. 24hrs’ first release under the new partnership arrives today (April 19): the single “Back Out” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Dom Kennedy.
Concurrently, 24hrs will also be collaborating with Rostrum in an A&R capacity, responsible for discovering talent and releasing music through the partnership. As Rostrum’s newest member, 24hrs joins an eclectic roster that includes Rockie Fresh, Innanet James, Problem, Taliwhoah, Lambo Anlo and Caleb Brown.
Listen to “Back Out”:
“I’m so excited to be working with Twenty and the entire Private Club family,” said Rostrum founder/president Benjy Grinberg in a statement announcing the partnership. “Twenty and I connected just a short time ago and our working relationship fell right into place. He is a true visionary and leader. I can’t wait to release the new music we’re working on.”
“I always wanted to partner with someone who believed in me and my vision,” added 24hrs. “Benjy and Rostrum exemplified all these qualities.”
Formerly known as Rolls Royce Rizzy, 24hrs has been building a growing fan base since 2016 through several seven-figure videos on YouTube, two EPs and several singles. Last November, he released his debut album Houses on the Hill. Featuring guest turns by YG, Vic Mensa, Dom Kennedy, MadeinTYO and Lil Pump, among others, the album was executive produced by Ty Dolla $ign and Hit-Boy. Ty Dolla has since become a member of 24hrs’ management team, led by Michael Huaynate and Indie Pop.
