PRETTYMUCH is heading out on the road this fall, bringing their catchy pop tunes and impressive dance moves to stages all across North America from mid-October to mid-November. Titled the Funktion Tour, the PRETTYMUCH guys insist that this headlining trek won’t just be a performance for their loyal BEANZ.
“It’s called a tour, it’s more of a party,” the group’s Zion Kuwonu says in a video the guys made for fans in honor of the tour announcement. “We ain’t coming to your city to put on a show — no, we coming to party with y’all and sing and dance and vibe out with y’all. It’s a Funktion.”
The tour kicks off in Seattle on Oct. 18, hitting Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, Atlanta, New York City, Detroit and several other cities before ending in Boston on Nov. 18. Rising urban singer-songwriter Gunnar Gehl will serve as the opening act for all 22 dates.
The PRETTYMUCH guys have been busy since the release of their debut EP, PRETTYMUCH an EP, in April, following it up with the flirty Ed Sheeran-penned single “Summer On You” in June. They recently performed the track on The Late Late Show With James Corden and attended the 2018 Teen Choice Awards, which is where they debuted their first single “Would You Mind” last year.
Tickets for the Funktion Tour will be available through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform. Fans can register here for Verified Fan ticket access now through Aug. 19 at 10 p.m. PST.
