Paramore Announce ‘After Laughter’ Summer Tour With Foster the People

Fresh off the second leg of their Tour Two from last year, Paramore announces their 2018 North American Tour, with alt-pop hitmakers Foster The People, coming this summer.

Fresh off the second leg of their Tour Two from last year, Paramore announce their 2018 North American Tour, with alt-pop hitmakers Foster The People, coming this summer.

The tour celebrates their After Laughter album, released last summer. It hit No 1. on Billboard‘s Top Rock Albums chart, featuring singles like “Hard Times,” “Fake Happy” and “Rose-Colored Boy.” The acclaimed album was also named one of the Billboard staff’s favorites of 2017.

Foster The People just wrapped up their Sacred Hearts Club tour (in support of the album of the same name) with a slew of performances, including appearances at Lollapalooza, Meadows Music and Arts Festival and Austin City Limits. The band will not be performing at Paramore’s dates at the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh or the Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn at White River State Park in Indianapolis.

The 26-city tour kicks off in St. Augustine, FL on June 12, hitting major cities like Chicago, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Detroit and more. For the tour, Paramore partnered with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan Platform to help offer fans the best opportunity to get tickets.

The band also recently announced an extension of their popular Parahoy! vacation cruise experience. Sailing from Miami, FL, the cruise features a special schedule of fun-filled activities, bands and exclusive live Paramore performances you don’t want to miss. This is the third installment of the four-day festival, from April 6-10.

Tickets go on pre-sale Thursday, March 8 at 10 am ET and general tickets go on sale Friday, March 16.  A special guest will soon be added to the tour and announced at a later date. Check out the dates below and purchase tickets here.
