Ozuna Renews Publishing Deal With Kobalt Music
Ozuna has renewed his global publishing deal with Kobalt.

Global superstar Ozuna, who earlier this month debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart with his album, ENOC, has renewed his worldwide publishing agreement with Kobalt. The deal again includes publishing administration for all of Ozuna’s future works as well his back catalog.
“Ozuna embodies everything that makes up a global superstar.” said Kobalt Music president, Latin America, Nestor Casonu, in a statement. “His versatility as an artist and a songwriter and his ability to fuse all Latin genres sets him apart from the rest.”
Since the release of his first album in 2017, Ozuna has become one of the leading Latin artists in the world, and last year, was included in Time magazine’s list of most influential people.
Kobalt was an early believer in Ozuna, originally signing him in 2017 when he was still an artist releasing only singles. Since then, Ozuna has released four albums, each of which has debuted on top of the Billboard charts.
They include his phenomenally successful Aura (2018), which spent 46 weeks on top of the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart, making it the second longest running album in the history of the chart since Gloria Estefan’s 1993 Mi Tierra.
Ozuna’s latest, ENOC, an acronym for El Negrito Ojos Claros (The Black Kid, Light Eyes), debuted at No. 1 on Top Latin Albums Sept. 19, his fourth straight No. 1 on the chart. The album, released on Aura/Sony Music Latin, includes collaborations with Dua Lipa and Sia, Daddy Yankee and Wisin, among many others.
Ozuna has also had 18 No. 1s on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart and leads the list of finalists for the Billboard Latin Music Awards, with 14 nods.
He was represented in his Kobalt deal by attorneys Simran A. Singh and Angie Martinez.
