NF’s ‘Let You Down’ Hits No. 1 on Pop Songs Airplay Chart

The rapper reigns in his first visit to the tally.

NF crowns Billboard‘s Pop Songs radio airplay chart (dated March 10), as “Let You Down,” his first entry on the list, rises 2-1.

The track is from NF’s album Perception, which became his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 when it debuted atop the chart dated Oct. 28, 2017.

Prior to topping Pop Songs, NF landed two entries on the Christian Airplay chart: “I’ll Keep On,” featuring Jeremiah Carlson, reached No. 27 in 2015, and NF hit No. 26 as featured on tobyMac’s “Til the Day I Die” in 2016.

NF (born Nathan Feuerstein) is the first solo male to lead Pop Songs with a first entry on the chart in 2018. In 2017, two male soloists reigned in their first visits: One Direction‘s Liam Payne, for two weeks in October with “Strip That Down,” featuring Quavo; and Machine Gun Kelly, for two frames in February with “Bad Things,” with Camila Cabello.

The Pop Songs chart measures total weekly plays, as tabulated by Nielsen Music, among its reporting panel of 159 mainstream top 40 stations.

All charts will update tomorrow (March 6) on Billboard.com.
