“We Go Up” isn’t just the title to NCT Dream‘s shape-shifting new single. It also applies to their latest chart performance.

We Go Up: The 2nd Mini Album is the latest release under boy-band brand NCT — with Dream representing all members that are teenagers — and enters Billboard‘s World Albums chart at No. 5. The album is this week’s highest new chart entry and marks NCT Dream’s best sales week in America to date. This is their second top 5 entry on the chart following their We Young EP, which debuted at No. 3 on the chart but had a lower first-week sales total.

The effort is also enough for NCT Dream to make their debut on the Heatseekers Albums chart that sees far fewer K-pop acts enter. Starting at No. 7, this is now the fifth entry for an NCT act on Heatseekers following three from NCT 127 (NCT #127 hit No. 22 in 2016, while their Limitless and Cherry Bomb EPs hit Nos. 4 and 18, respectively, in 2017) and one from the overall NCT brand (when NCT 2018 Empathy peaked at No. 9).

The title track for NCT Dream’s latest also debuts at No. 11 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, selling 1,000 copies in the week ending Sept. 7, according to Nielsen Music. To date, Dream’s best position has come from their debut single “Chewing Gum” when it hit No. 2 in 2016.
