Goldenvioce has announced the first-ever Cruel World Festival for Southern California with headlining spots from Morrissey, Bauhaus, Blondie and Devo.
The single-day festival will take place at The Grounds at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, on May 2.
Cruel World’s lineup pulls heavily from alt rock of the 1980s and 1990s with scheduled appearances from The Psychedelic Furs, Echo & The Bunnymen, Violent Femmes and many more.
Additional artists include Gary Numan, Public Image Limited, English Beat, Marc Almond, She Wants Revenge and Cold Cave.
Fans can access the Cruel World Fest presale code via the website, giving them early access to tickets. The presale begins Thursday at noon pacific time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 12 p.m. PST.
