Miguel Bosé Inks Management Deal With OCESA Sei Track

Spanish pop star Miguel Bosé enters "new phase" with worldwide management deal.

Spanish pop star Miguel Bosé has signed a worldwide management deal with leading Latin American agency OCESA Sei Track.

“I have no doubt that at this stage of my career I could not have chosen better traveling partners,” Bosé said in a statement. “I am sure that with OCESA Sei Track I’ll do great things and perhaps the most important and unique ones throughout my career.”

The 59-year-old Bosé, known as an actor, disco-pop innovator and style icon in Spain early in his career, went on to success in Latin America and the U.S. Latin market. He has sold more than 30 million records worldwide, with more than 70 songs that have reached No. 1 on radio in Europe and the Americas, according to OCESA Sei Track. In 2007, Bosé’s album Papito brought his music to a new generation with remakes of his hits in collaboration with younger artists who included Shakira and Ricky Martin.

Bosé was the Latin Grammys 2013 Person of the Year.

Announcing a “new phase” in Bosé’s career, OCESA Sei Track executives said they will “work hand in hand with Warner Music to carry Miguel’s music to all the countries that have accompanied him throughout his career.”

The Mexico-headquartered agency works across the Latin American and U.S. Latin markets, representing artists Ha*Ash, Paty Cantú, Alejandra Guzmán and Pepe Aguilar.
