The 59-year-old Bosé, known as an actor, disco-pop innovator and style icon in Spain early in his career, went on to success in Latin America and the U.S. Latin market. He has sold more than 30 million records worldwide, with more than 70 songs that have reached No. 1 on radio in Europe and the Americas, according to OCESA Sei Track. In 2007, Bosé’s album Papito brought his music to a new generation with remakes of his hits in collaboration with younger artists who included Shakira and Ricky Martin.
