While fans anxiously wait for the release of Kylie Minogue’s latest album, they have something new to look forward to. Minogue will be headlining this year’s Pride Island, New York City’s mini-music festival, taking place on June 23 and 24.
Minogue will be the headlining artist for the festival’s Sunday show, with additional sets from DJs Grind, Ralphi Rosario and Corey Craig. Saturday’s show will be led by pop-sensation Tove Lo, with Big Frieda, Lizzo and RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Sasha Velour also performing. Tickets to Pride Island are available for purchase starting March 1.
“With the success of last year’s Pride Island, we are thrilled to bring back our music festival in a two-day format,” said Jose Ramos, Pride Island’s director. “Kylie Minogue, Tove Lo, Lizzo, and Big Freedia are perfect examples of the evolution of Dance on the Pier.”
Minogue’s new album, Golden, is out everywhere April 6.
