BTS, DPR and More U.S. Tours We’re Excited For in 2018

Here is a list of seven Korean acts who will be visiting their fans in the States on tour this year.

Each year, the United States, and North America in general, has increasingly seen more and more Korean artists coming to the country on tours. The year 2018 has been no different, and the next few months are already filling up with tour dates from Korean pop, hip-hop, and rock acts.

Here is a list of seven Korean acts who will be visiting their fans in the States this year.

BTS

The chart-topping septet will bring their Love Yourself Stateside next month, kicking off with the first of four shows Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Sept. 5. They’ll then hold 10 sold-out shows throughout the country and Canada before ending the tour at New York City’s Citi Field, where they’ll become the first-ever Korean group to hold a solo stadium show in the States.

Tickets go on sale today (Aug. 17) at 4:00 p.m. EST for the Citi Field stop, while the rest of the North American shows, and the rest of the on-sale stops internationally, are sold-out.

Day6?

K-pop-rock band DAY6 toured in the U.S. last year and are returning this year as part of their first-ever world tour. The Youth tour, which was preceded by the release of “Shoot Me” in June, will kick off in North America on Nov. 9 in Toronto then head to Minneapolis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, before ending in Los Angeles on Nov. 18.

DPR Live

The DPR collective, which stands for Dream Perfect Regime, and is fronted by hip-hop artists DPR Live, is heading to the U.S. and Canada beginning on Sept. 30 with a show in Vancouver. It’ll end up in San Francisco on Oct. 14, with eight other stops in between. They most recently appeared Stateside at this year’s SXSW.

Hyukoh

Korean indie-rockers Hyukoh are bringing their 24 album tour to North America next month. The group will perform nearly 20 shows throughout the U.S. and Canada, beginning on Sept. 13 in Dallas, T.X. and ending in Pomona, Calif. on Oct. 9.?

K-Expo

So it’s not necessarily a tour, but this newly-announced, can’t-miss New York City K-pop event will take place on Sept. 30 and feature boy bands A.C.E and Astro, plus pop-rockers The Rose and INFINITE’s member L. Tickets go on sale today at 3:00 p.m. EST.
