Ateez, Chung Ha, Mamamoo, Momoland, Oneus & Stray Kids Announced as First K-Pop Artists Heading to KCON 2019 LA

K-pop acts Ateez, Oneus, Stray Kids, Mamamoo, Momoland, and Chung Ha will be hitting up KCON 2019 Los Angeles in mid-August.

This August will see the biggest-ever KCON event, and on Thursday (June 20), KCON USA announced the first six K-pop acts for its four-day lineup.

Boy bands Ateez, Oneus and Stray Kids along with girl groups Mamamoo and Momoland, as well as soloist Chung Ha, will hit up KCON 2019 Los Angeles in mid-August.

Taking place Aug, 15-18 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center, the annual Korean culture convention and concert event expands to four days this year from its prior three. Like in past years, KCON 2019 LA will feature a wide range of content and opportunities for fans of Korean pop culture to interact with, ranging from cooking and K-beauty demos to getting up close and personal with their favorite stars in fan engagements.

From among the six acts, KCON LA marks the first KCON USA appearance by Oneus, while the other acts have already performed Stateside at KCON events. Both Momoland and Chung Ha are repeat acts at KCON LA, after appearing at the event last summer, while Ateez will also appear at the East Coast counterpart, KCON 2019 NY, the first weekend of July. Stray Kids and Mamamoo have appeared at the New York-area event in the past, while this is their first time attending KCON LA.

Concert tickets for KCON 2019 LA go on sale July 12 at noon PST, while convention tickets go on sale July 15 at that same time.
