That trumps the No. 5 peak of the singer/songwriter’s previous highest-charting album, her 2012 self-titled effort. She also earned a No. 6-peaking set in 2009 with Boleto de Entrada and a No. 48-charting effort in 2007 with Cualquier Dia.

The new 18-track set, recorded at a 2013 concert in Puerto Rico, includes such hits as “Feliz,” which peaked at No. 15 on Hot Latin Songs in 2009, as well as “Hoy Ya Me Voy,” her debut single, which reached No. 4 on Latin Pop Airplay in 2007.

The album’s lone studio recording is Garcia’s newest single, “Duele Menos,” which drops 39-48 on Latin Airplay, slipping 13 percent to 2.7 million audience impressions for the week, according to Nielsen BDS.

Chino & Nacho Hit No. 1: On Tropical Airplay, Venezuelan duo Chino & Nacho score their sixth No. 1 as “Tu Me Quemas,” featuring Gente de Zona and Los Cadillacs, leaps 5-1. The song saw a 27 percent increase in plays at the format, rising to 535 detections during the tracking week. The track jumps 11-7 on Latin Airplay, their sixth top 10 on the list.

J’Martin Soars Into Top 10: Also on Tropical Airplay, J’Martin soars 11-4 with “Ni Una Lagrima Mas,” the singer’s sixth top 10. He takes the Greatest Gainer tag, with a 50 percent rise (to 457 spins). WAMG-AM Boston leads in weekly plays (59), followed by WEST-AM Allentown (50). The bachata track boasts a music video that aims to raise awareness about violence against women, with a storyline involving a romantic rivalry between two friends and an exotic dancer.

Chayanne Arrives Early: Street-date violation sales push Chayanne‘s new album En Todo Estare onto Top Latin Albums and Latin Pop Albums a week early, coming in at No. 17 and No. 6, respectively, with fewer than 1,000 units scanned. A jump up the chart is expected next week, following its official release on Aug. 25. Meanwhile on Hot Latin Songs, Chayanne hops 13-10 with “Humanos a Marte” in its 18th week.
