The personal details of more than 10 million former MGM Resorts hotels guests have been posted on a hacking forum this week, with Justin Bieber among those affected.
According to ZDNet, the data dump includes details such as full names, home addresses, phone numbers, emails and dates of birth. The development stems from a security incident that took place last year, and MGM Resorts told the publication that it quickly notified all impacted guests.
"We are confident that no financial, payment card or password data was involved in this matter," MGM told ZDNet.
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, DHS and TSA officials, and more were spotted in the leaked files. MGM has since hired two cybersecurity forensics firms to launch an internal investigation into the exposure. Bieber himself has not publicly commented on the breach.
