Utah native Justice Carradine has signed to Chosen Music Group/Atlantic Records and is unveiling the video for his debut single “Dangerous Love.” exclusively via Billboard Thursday (Sept. 5).
The clip finds the 19-year-old pop upstart in a perilous game of seduction, complete with a hazmat suit, an albino snake and a beachside knockout.
“I’m super happy to be part of the Chosen/Atlantic family!” Carradine tells Billboard. “Releasing this single and music video means a lot to me because it marks the start of my journey and I’m so grateful.”
The singer’s signing to the label is the beginning of a new collaboration between Atlantic and up-and-coming independent outfit Chosen Music Group.
“Justice is not only an amazing vocalist, but he has a pure passion for music,” adds Atlantic’s svp of urban A&R Darrale Jones. “I’m so ecstatic about our venture with Chosen Music Group, which came together because of the super talented young artists they’re working with like Justice.”
“We believe Justice is a superstar artist. ‘Dangerous Love’ is just the start of what will be a fantastic musical journey,” Christian Dawkins and Alex Rifkind of Chosen Music add. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with Justice and his manager, Cooper Wilson.”
