Following an abrupt tour cancellation that was chalked up to “creative differences,” the Jonas Brothers sadly announced their split on Tuesday (Oct. 29), officially ending the Disney-bred group’s incredibly successful musical run. From 2007 (the year the JoBros stepped out with their self-titled album) to 2009 (the year they released their final album, “Lines, Vines and Trying Times”), Nick, Joe and Kevin were at the center of the pop universe, tossing out Top 40 hits while trekking through world tours and living the dream — in 3D! — at your local multiplex. Jonas Brothers had eight entries on the Billboard 200 albums chart, including two No. 1 albums: 2008’s “A Little Bit Longer” and “Lines, Vines and Trying Times.”

10. “A Little Bit Longer”

The title track and final song on the group’s 2008 album, the pensive “A Little Bit Longer” hints at the bigger sound the Jonas Brothers would capture on follow-up album “Lines, Vines and Trying Times.”
9. “Paranoid”
Hot 100 Peak Position: No. 37
Peak Date: May 30, 2009
For their studio album “Lines, Vines and Trying Times,” the Jonas Brothers needed a slightly more mature radio entry to demonstrate their transition to adulthood; that came in the form of the power-pop track “Paranoid,” which became yet another Top 40 hit for the brothers Jonas in 2009.
8. “Play My Music”

Peak Date: July 5, 2008
Taken from the “Camp Rock” soundtrack, “Play My Music” served as a likable stopgap between “Jonas Brothers” and “A Little Bit Longer,” as well as a highlight on a soundtrack filled with songs from a rising singer named Demi Lovato.
7. “Lovebug”

Peak Date: Jan. 10, 2009
The sugary-sweet love song received a sweeping music video inspired by “The Notebook,” and starring the JoBros in ballroom get-ups, among other costumes.
6. “Year 3000”

Peak Date: Mar. 10, 2007
Appearing on both “It’s About Time” and the Jonas Brothers’ self-titled 2007 album, “Year 3000” is actually a cover of a song by the same name from the U.K. pop-punk group Busted — albeit with tamer, family-friendly lyrics.
5. “Send It On” (Disney’s Friends For Change)
Hot 100 Peak Position: No. 20
Peak Date: Aug. 29, 2009
Friends For Change was Disney’s environmental initiative, and it had its fair share of star power — “Send It On” featured the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. The charity single not only raised awareness for international environmental organizations, but became another Top 20 hit for the JoBros and their Disney pals.
4. “Tonight”
Hot 100 Peak Position: No. 8
Peak Date: Aug. 16, 2008
One of the spikiest rock songs in the Jonas Brothers discography, “Tonight” was performed at the American Music Awards in 2008, the same night the group bested Paramore, Flo Rida, Colbie Caillat and The-Dream for the New Artist of the Year prize.
3. “S.O.S.”

The rollicking pop track was the Jonas Brothers’ first Top 20 hit on the Hot 100 chart, and had a huge hand in helping the group become superstars.

As the follow-up to “S.O.S.,” “When You Look Me In The Eyes” offered a more somber tempo and vocal performances that take hold of deep emotion.

Peak Date: July 12, 2008
“I’m hot! You’re cold!” goes the indelible opening of the Jonas Brothers’ biggest hit, which led their 2008 album “A Little Bit Longer.” In the midst of JoBros mania (which included their Burnin’ Up summer tour) was Robert “Big Rob” Feggans, the boys’ bodyguard, who snagged a rap verse on the track. We can’t wait for Big Rob’s comeback, too.
