Swizz Beatz, Eve & Just Blaze React to Passing of Ruff Ryders Producer Jay ‘Icepick’ Jackson

Hip-hop pays respect to Ruff Ryders producer Jay "Icepick" Jackson, after he passed away this week from cancer.

The Ruff Ryders lost an important member of their family this week when producer Jay “Icepick” Jackson passed away from cancer.

Jackson strung together credits as an executive producer, most notably on DMX’s 2003 Grand Champ, Jadakiss‘ 2004 Kiss of Death and Eve’s 2002 Eve-Olution.  Last year, he was enlisted as the associate producer and A&R for The LOX’s comeback album Filthy America…It’s Beautiful.
