Imagem Music Group has announced a series of promotions in its New York office, naming former COO Bill Gaden the new CEO of Imagem US, Steve King the new VP of creative services and elevating Isabel Arisso to manager of creative services.

Gaden joined Imagem when the publishing company acquired Rodgers & Hammerstein, where he had served as general manager. He transitioned to COO at the newly formed US entity and since has made influential signings that include Elvis Presley, Daft Punk and Mark Ronson. He has worked in the music industry for more than 20 years, previously holding executive positions at Arista Records, BMG Records, BBC Worldwide, Simon & Schuster and The Estate of Leonard Bernstein.

In King’s new role as VP, creative services, he will be overseeing synchronization for all of the copyrights across Imagem’s US catalog. King joined the company’s staff in 2009 and went on to open Imagem’s Los Angeles office and lead on major branding initiatives including Lea Michele‘s rendition of “My Favorite Things” for Dove, and placing “In The Air Tonight” with a Dodge Hellcat mini-film. Since moving back to New York two years ago, his most recent position was director of creative services.

This marks Arisso’s second promotion in one year at Imagem, where she focuses on securing synchronization for the company’s copyrights across video games, movies, television, sports and advertising. She previously worked as an assistant at the entertainment law firm Gray Krauss Stratford Sandler Des Rochers LLP.
