Gov’t Mule, the 25-year-old southern rock jam band formed by the Allman Brothers Band guitarist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Wood, is returning to Mountain Jam with a double-headliner performance June 14 & 15.

Now in its 15th year, Mountain Jam announced in February it was leaving its longtime home at the Hunter Mountain ski resort in upstate New York for Bethel Woods Pavilion, the original site of the iconic 1969 Woodstock festival. Gov’t Mule will headline Mountain Jam on Friday with a two-hour set, followed by a special late-night set on Saturday in honor of the 50th anniversary of Woodstock.
