GOT7 Announces ‘Spinning Top’ Album, World Tour: See Dates

K-pop boy band GOT7 are set to release a new album 'Spinning Top' later this month and will begin their 'Keep Spinning' world tour in June.

K-pop boy band GOT7 just announced that they’ll be releasing a new album later this month, and will follow it up with a world tour next month.

The new album Spinning Top will be released on May 20, and then GOT7 will kick off their 2019 Keep Spinning world tour on June 15 and 16 with concerts in Seoul, followed by dates outside of the country.

According to a statement from the group, Spinning Top “delivers a universal theme of both security and insecurity within oneself,” and the theme will be carried throughout their tour.

The Keep Spinning concert series will see GOT7 hit up six cities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in June and July, beginning at Newark, New Jersey’s Prudential Center on June 27 and finishing at Oakland, California’s Oracle Arena on July 10. The group will alos perform in countries throughout South America, Australia, and Europe in the second half of the year.

Last year, they broke onto the Hot Tours list, after their show at The Forum in Inglewood, California, grossed $1.3 million and 9,600 fans attended. They’ll revisit that venue on July 6.
