George Strait will be spending more time in Las Vegas.
Today (Aug. 13), Strait announced two additional concert dates at T-Mobile Arena for Jan. 31 and Feb. 1; the country legend has extended his Strait to Vegas show into 2020.
The two new shows continue three years of sold-out concerts for the country singer in Sin City. Tickets to the new dates go on sale Aug. 23 at 10:00 a.m. local time via StraittoVegas.com.
In addition to returning to Las Vegas, Strait will play two more shows in early 2020 in Kansas. He will return to Wichita for a concert at INTRUST Bank Arena Jan. 24, as well as Kansas City a show at Sprint Center on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26, 2020.
Strait is also set to perform later this year at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. on Aug. 17 and at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas on Nov. 22 and 23. He will return to Vegas for four additional Strait to Vegas shows at T-Mobile Arena on Aug. 23 and 24 and Dec. 6 and 7.
The additional performance dates continues a successful year for Strait. The singer’s latest album, Honky Tonk Time Machine, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums earlier this year. The 2019 release became Strait’s 27th No. 1 on the chart. It also launched at No. 4 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.
