TMZ reports that the former couple have agreed to joint custody, but baby Future will spend most of his time with Ciara.
Earlier this month, Ciara dropped her defamation lawsuit against Future that had accused her ex-fiancé of criticizing her and her relationship with now-husband NFL quarterback Russell Wilson to promote his music.
Billboard reached out to Ciara's rep for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
Future's lawyer declined to comment.
