Falling in Reverse’s ‘Zombified’ Hits No. 1 on Hot Hard Rock Songs Chart

The band joins Bring Me the Horizon and State of Mine with multiple rulers on the ranking.

Falling in Reverse notches its second No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart with “Zombified,” which jumps from No. 5 to the top of the survey dated Jan. 22.

“Zombified” leads with 2.4 million streams, 309,000 radio audience impressions and 2,700 downloads sold in its first full tracking week (Jan. 7-13), according to MRC Data. It debuted on the Jan. 15 chart with 624,000 streams, 389,000 in airplay audience and 1,500 sold in two days of tracking after its Jan. 5 release.

Falling in Reverse first ruled Hot Hard Rock Songs upon the chart’s June 2020 inception with “Popular Monster” for three weeks.

The only other acts with multiple No. 1s on Hot Hard Rock Songs so far are Bring Me the Horizon (three) and State of Mine (two).

Concurrently, “Zombified” debuts at No. 15 on Hot Alternative Songs and jumps 45-16 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs. Falling in Reverse earns its second-best rank on the latter list, after “Popular Monster” hit No. 4 in March 2020.

“Zombified” also opens at No. 14 on Hard Rock Streaming Songs, a new high for the band after “Popular Monster” reached No. 18 in December 2020 and leaps 30-23 on Mainstream Rock Airplay.
