— PRS for Music hired PR veteran Jonathan Morrish in a consultancy role at the company. Morrish previously served as director of PR and corporate communications at PPL.

— Music for All appointed Kathryn Reinhardt as marketing coordinator, and promoted Erin Fortune to marketing manager.

— The Madison Square Garden Company named Sharon Otterman evp and chief marketing officer.

— Matador Records promoted Natalie Judge to GM of Matador U.K. and Robby Morris to A&R director, with Rian Fossett and Blue Kirkhope joining as U.S. label coordinator and U.K. label coordinator, respectively.

— Agent Jon Ollier, formerly of Free Trade Agency, joined Creative Artists Agency in their London Office.

— Havas Media Group appointed Damien Marchi as global head of content.

— Entertainment attorney Doug Mark‘s Mark Music & Media Law P.C., founded in 2007 with offices in Beverly Hills and New York City, partnered with music lawyer Elizabeth Gregory to spearhead a Nashville office. The joined film will comprise seven attorneys, as well as a corporate law “of counsel” relationship, in its three offices, representing clients including labels (Epitaph, Friends Keep Secrets) and artists (Purity Ring, Blood Orange, Lord Huron, Guns N’ Roses.)

Razor & Tie Music Publishing announced a series of new hires and promotions: Michelle Fantus joined as senior creative director, Joanne Kelsey was promoted to vp publishing administration and licensing, and Ross Asher was promoted to senior creative director.

— Anjula Acharia Bath joined venture capital firm Trinity Ventures as entrepreneur in residence. In her role, Acharia-Bath will focus primarily on e-commerce and consumer, with a particular slant in media, music, and entertainment.

Stingray appointed Stephen Tapp as svp, business development. 

— ASCAP promoted Christine Pepe to vp, business and legal affairs.

— Downtown Music Publishing appointed Taeko Saito to the role of International A&R. Previously, Saito served as an A&R executive at SONGS Music Publishing.

— Artist management firm Middle West expanded its reach to offices in Brooklyn, NY and Durham, NC, welcoming NY-based manager Chase Igliori, NC-based Martin Anderson, and Matt Watts in a continued advisory roll.
