ESM Productions and Roc Nation have made their relationship official, establishing the high profile event producers as a new member of the Jay Z-founded entertainment company’s team.
New Community Management & Roc Nation Team Up in Partnership Deal
ESM Productions and Roc Nation announced the new partnership on Monday (April 18), where ESM Productions will work with Roc Nation on a number of large-scale events, concerts and live stream festivals. Under the deal, Scott Mirkin will serve as president of ESM Productions.
“We have been working with Roc Nation for many years and it has been a great experience from day one,” Mirkin said in a statement. “We look forward to growing with this new family and doing great things together.”
Roc Nation & Barclays Center Ink Multi-Year Partnership
ESM Productions was founded in 1996 by Mirkin and Jenny Woo. It has worked on other Roc Nation and Jay Z-related productions including Made in America Festival, JAY Z Live from Brooklyn, TidalXColdplay and more, as well several events with world leaders such as President Barack Obama, The Dalai Lama and Pope Francis.
