“Dame Tu Cosita,” which translates to “give me your thingy,” arrives with 10.4 million U.S. streams (up 26 percent) and 1,000 downloads sold in the tracking week ending April 26, according to Nielsen Music.

The novelty hit concurrently rises 6-5 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, while El Chombo jumps 35-28 on Billboard‘s Emerging Artists ranking.

The song’s profile has been boosted by a viral meme on Musical.ly dubbed the Dame Tu Cosita Challenge, in which people lip-sync the tune and re-enact the dance in its official music video, which presents an animated green alien dancing.

As of May 1, the clip has rocketed to 227 million global views on YouTube since its posting on April 5.
