Dave Matthews Band Reschedules Wantagh Show Due to Severe Weather

DMB alerted fans that lightning and severe weather in the area in Wantagh, New York, on Wednesday (July 17) caused the show to be postponed.

The Dave Matthews Band show scheduled for Wednesday night (July 17) was postponed due to lightning and severe weather in the area. After initially saying the show would go on as planned, the band alerted fans that the gig was being delayed as the area was hit with heavy weather, with officials at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater urging them to seek shelter in the venue or their cars until it blew over.

Eventually, though, the show was called off and rescheduled for Thursday night (July 18).
