‘America’s Got Talent’ Star Courtney Hadwin Signs With Syco Music and Arista Records

America's Got Talent finalist Courtney Hadwin signed recording and publishing deal with Syco Music and Arista Records.

Syco Music and Arista Records announced on Monday that they signed a recording and publishing deal with Courtney Hadwin.

Hadwin, 14, was a finalist on this series of America’s Got Talent who earned the Golden Buzzer for her rendition of Otis Redding’s “Hard to Handle” during her audition. 

“It feels amazing to be joining Syco and I am super excited and feel so lucky,” said Hawdin in a statement. “I’ve always wanted to work on original songs and to be able to do that with the support of Syco while staying true to myself and the music I like is a dream come true. I can’t thank them enough for giving me this chance.”

Hadwin covered classic like Steppenwolf‘s “Born to Be Wild” and James Brown‘s “Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag” while on the show.

Hadwin is working on music to be released in 2019.
