When Carlos Vives played for over 50,000 fans at Bogotá’s El Campín stadium last August, the star-studded event became a rallying cry for Colombian pride.
Featuring a roster of guest acts that included Daddy Yankee, Maluma, ChocQuibTown, Andrea Echeverri, Michel Teló, Wisin and Fonseca, Vives traveled a well-known repertoire of hits that has become something of a generalized Colombian songbook.
Carlos Vives Explains the Connection Between Football & Music
The event was captured on film by Apple Music, who are making the show their first Latin concert special.
Beginning on Thursday, March 10, Apple Music members will be able to view Carlos Vives En Vivo en Bogotá on applemusic.com/carlosvives.
The event is split into a four-part series that features backstage interviews, rehearsals and other exclusive content. One chapter will be available per week with the final one available March 31.
