ATEEZ Score Best U.S. Sales Week to Date With ‘Treasure EP.3: One to All’

The third installment in ATEEZ’s journey continues the act’s quickly upward trajectory on the charts.

The K-pop boy band’s third album release EP.3: One to All gives ATEEZ another Top 10 entry on Billboard‘s World Albums chart and their best U.S. sales week to date. One to All debuts at No. 8 on this weeks chart, selling 1,000 copies in the week ending June 13, according to Nielsen Music. This marks ATEEZ’s best sales week to date, edging out the first-week sales for ATEEZ’s EP.2: Zero to One. The EP also returns the guys to Heatseekers Albums at No. 9, their second entry on the chart that sees far fewer K-pop acts enter.

Further down on World Albums, ATEEZ’s debut Treasure EP once again returns to the tally for its seventh, non-consecutive week on the chart. Just like it did during the debut week for EP.2, the group’s debut album garnered enough sales to return to World Albums indicating new fans going back to the band’s past material and buying older albums. Now, the first Treasure EP has sold 4,000 copies in the U.S.

ATEEZ also send two entries to the World Digital Song Sales chart this week. Their new single “Wave” starts at No. 17 while new song “Illusion” debuts at No. 23. ATEEZ’s best position on World Digital Song Sales came via “Say My Name,” which hit No. 9 in January.

“Wave” and “Illusion” both charting on World Digital Songs follows a fan-focused campaign to decide ATEEZ’s new single. Launched by crowd-sourcing concert platform MyMusicTaste, fans were treated snippets of the instrumental audio and performance videos to decide whether they’d like to see “Wave” or “Illusion” as the band’s official single when released in full. Mixed with votes from the eight members themselves, more than 600,000 fan votes led the tropical-leaning “Wave” to earn nearly 53 percent of the votes, edging out the bouncy hip-hop cut “Illusion.” A majority of the ATEEZ members also picked “Wave” as their favorite. Even for the fans who might have wanted to see “Illusion” as the official single, with this fan-focused lead up and, now, new sales and chart accomplishments, there are no losers when it comes to ATEEZ’s new release and their continuing stateside promise.
