Jake Miller’s fan base, the Military, drove his single, “First Flight Home,” to No. 1 when the official video came out last week.

Kanye West’s new single, “All Day,” hit No. 1 on the Trending 140 after a rough version leaked on Tuesday, Aug. 12.

Dillon Francis’ “Get Low” peaked at No. 5 on the Trending 140 on Sunday, Aug. 10. While the song came out in May, it climbed up the chart when Francis announced the release of his upcoming album, Money Sucks, Friends Rule.

Ariana Grande: The Billboard Cover Story

Ariana Grande makes her second appearance on the Trending 140 with her Big Sean-assisted single, “Best Mistake.” We caught up with Grande on the set of her Billboard cover shoot to talk about her former Trending 140 hit, her collaboration with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj, “Bang Bang.” “The whole thing came as a massive surprise,” she said.

The Trending 140 chart measures the acceleration of conversation around artists and their music, while the Emerging Artists chart measures the volume of tweets around new artists and their songs.
