Apple’s Terms and Conditions Turned Into Graphic Novel Channeling ‘Calvin and Hobbes’ and Other Favorites

The internet has found someone who has actually read Apple's terms and conditions for iTunes.

The internet has found someone who has actually read Apple’s terms and conditions for iTunes. His name is Robert Sikoryak and not only is the artist plowing through page after page of legalese about usage rules, downloading procedures and third party rights, but he’s turning each twist into an action-packed graphic novel. For each page — uploaded to his Tumblr daily — Sikoryak draws his hero (Steve Jobs, naturally) in the style of a different cartoonist.

Nearly 50 pages in, Sikoryak has so far paid homages to Bill Watterson, R. Crumb, Alison Bechdel, Mort Walker, Hank Ketcham, Cathy Guisewite, Frank Miller, Rube Goldberg, John Stanley, Charles M. Shultz, Daniel Clowes, Jim Davis, Robert Kirkman and many many others. (Here’s hoping he eventually gets to greats like Gary Trudeau, Berkeley Breathed, Ub Iwerks and Gary Larson.)

Check out some highlights from ITUNES TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Graphic Novel:

Rex Morgan, M.D. (Dal Curtis, Marvin Bradley, John Frank Edgington)

Peanuts (Charles M. Schulz)

Dilbert (Scott Adams)

R. Crumb

Calvin and Hobbes (Bill Watterson)

Fun Home (Alison Bechdel)
