Co-hosts Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton kicked off the 49th ACM Awards with an announcement about No. 50. Next year’s show will be leaving Las Vegas for the wide open spaces of Texas and the home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was on hand at the MGM Grand for the announcement and in a press release said he “couldn’t be more thinned” that the show will be coming to AT&T Stadium on April 19, 2015.

“It will be the first event of its kind at the home of the Dallas Cowboys,” Jones said. “The stadium was built to host world class events such as this, and it doesn’t get any bigger than the ACMs. The excitement from fans across the country, our great fans in Texas, and this venue will provide the biggest and best stage available to showcase country music and its stars to the world.”
Shelton and Bryan will return to co-host the show, which will cap off three days of events including the 3rd annual ACM Party for a Cause: 50 Years of Music & Memories on April 17-18 at Globe Life Park in Arlington.
Tickets for next year’s ACM Awards will go on sale April 15.
