13 Things to Know About the Charts This Week: Will Taylor Swift Stop ‘Despacito’ From Making Hot 100 History?

Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee‘s “Despacito,” featuring Justin Bieber, becomes just the second song ever to rule the Billboard Hot 100 for at least 15 weeks, as the single could tie Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men‘s “One Sweet Day” (16 weeks on top in 1995-96) for the most weeks spent at No. 1 next week.

Plus, Kesha scores her second No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with Rainbow, helping the singer also leap to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100.
