“She thinks I have the best music in the world — nothing compares. When I have a song that’s commercial — PG-13, we like to say — she’ll dance to it. I don’t play the explicit songs for her. I let her hear those on her own. On Valentine’s Day I released a song called ‘2/Catorce’ and [warned] her ‘It’s a Valentine’s Day song and sexy, so you know…’ She was like, ‘Oh no, what did you do?’
She’s always trying to give me advice to become a better person and reminds me that I have more responsibility now since I have more fans. She’ll say, ‘Hey, boy, can’t you change that [lyric]?’ Little by little I’m changing. She likes all the songs that are on the radio, like ‘Tattoo’ and ‘Fantasias’ — the ones that her co-workers will hear. She’ll say ‘That’s my son.’"
