From child star to chart-topping artist, Paulina Rubio has become one of the most iconic Latin pop artists who, to date, has sold 1.4 million album in the U.S., according to Nielsen Music. Look back at some of her biggest career moments.

After eight years with the Mexican band Timbiriche, from 1982-1990, Rubio made her solo debut in 1992 with her album titled La Chica Dorada (The Golden Girl).
Her first album to peak at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums was Paulina, which spent three weeks at No. 1 in 2001. The LP included hits like "Y yo sigo aquí," "Yo no soy esa mujer," and "El último adiós."
After her chart-topping Paulina album, Rubio began her crossover into the English market with songs "Don't Say Goodbye," "Not That Kind of Girl" and "Stereo." In 2002, she debuted her crossover debut album Border Girl.

Pau-Latina, Rubio's second chart-topping album, arrived in 2004 and spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart.
During her "Perros" performance at the fifth annual Latin Grammy Awards in 2004, Rubio brought out some of her four-legged friends to play onstage.

After giving birth to her first son, Andrea Nicolás, in 2010, Rubio reappeared onstage for a performance with Los Tigres del Norte at the 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards held in Las Vegas. They gave a memorable performance of their duet "Golpes en el corazón" featured on the band's MTV Unplugged.
