Radiohead kicked off a two-night stand at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night by giving diehards something to tweet about at the first North American show on their A Moon Shaped Pool tour. The band busted out the trance-inducing OK Computer track “Let Down,” playing it for the first time in a decade and inspired an unlikely sing-along to lyrics such as “shell smashed, juices flowing/ Wings twitch, legs are going.”

Hearing “Let Down” tonight @radiohead brought back the perfect kind of memories. Reminded me of why people work so hard to go to rock shows.

Radiohead played Planet Telex, Let Down and Street Spirit. Must’ve known old men like me we’re coming.
