It was announced on Wednesday (Nov. 7) that the public memorial service for the late Oli Herbert has been canceled. The tribute for the All That Remains guitarist was to be held on Sunday (Nov. 11) at the Worcester Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts and was also due to be live-streamed.
In a Facebook post, his team shared an update on the event, “The public Memorial Service for Oli Herbert scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11 has been canceled. No additional information is available at this time.”
The event was due to have a special presentation including both artist and fan tributes with the money raised going towards the 14th Hour Foundation in support of veterans.
The 44-year-old died in October, with his publicist Suzanne Penley stating that his death was the result of an accident that occurred on his own property.
