In a clip from the film that’s premiering exclusively with Billboard, we see two separate interviews where it’s clear Noel and Liam are at odds as they discuss the stresses of being in a band together.
In one clip, Liam says he thinks it’s “funny” being in a band with his brother, saying they rile about “everything.”

“All we have to do is look at each other in a certain kind of way and we rile,” says Liam.
Later, Noel says his brother is like a dog and he’s like a cat: “Cat’s are very independent creatures, they don’t give a fuck. Right bastards. Dogs, it’s just fucking, ‘Play with me, play with me, please fucking throw that ball for me. I need some company.’ It’s as basic as that. Can’t change the way that you are.”
He goes on, “I’m a cat, OK. That’s just what I am. I’ve accepted it. I’m a bit of a bastard.”
When an interviewer asks Noel if everyone in the band is expendable apart from him and Liam, the older brother, guitarist and leading songwriter replies with a smile, “Even Liam’s expandable.” He then jokes he’s going to go fire the whole band for a laugh.
