Nathaniel Rateliff surprised a young fan last week in her living room with a live performance of “Wasting Time,” his song with Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.
The fan, a young girl named Maya, is battling a disease called HLH, an immunodeficiency. The fan’s uncle arranged for the lead singer to pay her a visit, posting his gratitude for Rateliff on Facebook.
