Mumford & Sons took Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival by storm two weeks ago as headliners of the festival, and their latest music video for “The Wolf” proves just how much fun they had in Tennessee. The song comes from their newest album, Wilder Mind, which is the rock band’s second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart.
Dressed as a chicken, fox, Robin Hood and a man in a wedding dress, the band spent 48 hours running through the Bonnaroo grounds interacting with fans and enjoying the rides. The group partnered with Marcus Haney for the video, who is famous for creating his own documentary of sneaking into over 50 music festivals.
Mumford & Sons on Returning to Bonnaroo After Cancellation: ‘It’s a Chance for Redemption’
As the video starts with Mumford & Sons in their crazy getups racing into the Bonnaroo crowd, concertgoers seem unfazed by their outfits — it’s the norm to see that kind of thing at a three-day festival. Marcus shoots his bow and arrow, the guys ride the Ferris Wheel and footage of their live set is squeezed in between cuts of their antics.
The Office’s Ed Helms makes a brief appearance in the video, and the song ends as the band looks off into the sunset.
Mumford & Sons have a few stops left in the U.S. Check out their tour dates here.
