Brian Wilson just announced the postponement of his May tour dates due to an impending back surgery — and his cousin and former Beach Boys bandmate Mike Love wished him a speedy recovery in a surprisingly sweet message.
Love posted a photo to his Facebook page of the two shooting hoops in their halcyon days, with a message that described his own back struggles and wished Wilson to get well soon, saying “I hope one day we’ll be able to do this again” and that he was “looking forward to perhaps one day throwing some hoops.”
